Carlo Scalvedi

Born in Bergamo on 27th May 1967. 

Graduated with honours in Economics and Business from the University of Bergamo with a final dissertation on international bankruptcy law, he has been registered as a chartered accountant since 1992 and works at Scalvedi & Soci, of which he is name partner.

He has worked with leading national law firms, European and non-European companies, and corporate groups in the areas of insolvency law and international taxation, gaining in-depth experience in corporate crisis management.

Since 1995, he has also been a registered auditor and holds relevant positions in limited companies. His expertise is also recognised by the Court of Bergamo, where he actively collaborates as curator, judicial commissioner and judicial liquidator in important bankruptcy proceedings and for which he often acts as court-appointed expert witness.
