Born in Bergamo on 17th July 1985, he graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Bergamo. He is enrolled in the Register of Chartered Accountants and in the Register of Auditors. He works at Scalvedi & Soci, where he acts as Auditor and Statutory Auditor.

Since 2010, Andrea has been advising on corporate restructuring transactions, providing qualified support in the creation and execution of complex transactions.
